Green Beret Foundation Program Offers Assistance With PTSD Recovery

The Green Beret Foundation recognizes the importance of raising awareness about PTSD as it directly affects the Special Forces Regiment and its families. The Foundation assists the Regiment in treating PTSD through its Extended Support Program, which has seen continuous growth over the past 10 years as the need for continuous care is needed to supplement the care provided by the Veterans Administration (VA) and TRICARE.

It is often the case that a combination of U.S. Army provided medical services and Green Beret Foundation support are just what it takes for recovery and return to duty or the transition to a civilian workforce. When more is needed, we address those needs on a case-by-case basis making every effort to accommodate.
